The
Davis Farm has been in operation since the turn of the century,
first in Mount Sinai, and then
moving to Wading River in 1988. For more on the history of

2000, Newsday featured an article on the Davis Peach Farm.
Here is what reporter Sylvia Carter said in that article:
"My
orchard of choice is the Davis Peach Farm on Hulse Landing
Road, north of 25A in Wading River, source of fruit that is,
hands down, the most lush and sweet of any I know."
